2. How to Play: Step-by-Step.
a. Register for a Rebet Fantasy account if you do not already have one.
b. Once verified, you will be able to deposit funds and withdraw any potential prize or award money through a connected bank account, debit card, PayPal account, or other various digital wallet platforms.
c. You will then select the Contest entry fee you wish to pay, and the amount selected will be debited from your account prior to the start of the Contest.
d. Next, you will go to today’s projection board where you assemble roster of athletes drawn from no less than two real-life teams (in the case of team sports). Participants can neither compose a roster of athletes drafted solely from one team nor have a roster size of fewer than two athletes.
e. All entries must contain between two and six athletes. You do not need to draft a certain number of athletes with specific positions in their sport. Instead, you can select as few or as many athletes as the roster allows, regardless of each athlete’s position.
f. You will use your relative knowledge and skill to predict the performance of professional and collegiate athletes and teams and/or the outcome, or partial outcome of athletic events and determine how other participants in the platform would value said performance.
g. You will select each player based on a range of available performance stats. For each stat, there will be a projected stat total for the specific game or event(or a portion thereof). For each player, you will determine whether that player will achieve more or less than the stat projection provided. More specifically, you will predict whether the athletes on their roster will accumulate more or less than the projected total of:
i. fantasy points;
ii. a single statistical measure of performance (e.g., home runs); or
iii. multiple statistical measures of performance (e.g., home runs + RBIs + stolen bases) for the athletes selected for the Contest entered.
Note that certain player selections will be limited to only “more” or “less” and not provide both options. Such limitations are communicated clearly to participants prior to any selection and again prior to contest entry.
h. Once you have finalized your roster and statistical projections, you will select an amount for your Contest entry fee, discussed more below.
i. You will then submit your lineup.
j. Once you are locked in, you will automatically be placed into a group of other participants with like roster sizes and compete head-to-head for real-money prizes.
3. How to Enter a Contest and Entry Fees.
a. All Contests require an entry fee. The entry fee amount is published on the Contest entry page. Allentry fees are nonrefundable.

g. All prize amounts are fixed and do not change once published at the outset of the Contest selection period.
h. All Contests have pre-set minimums and maximums for the number of participants necessary for the Contest to commence.
i. The Contest will close to new entrants if the maximum number of entrants is met, and the Contest will void if the minimum number of entrants is not met. In the case of the minimum entrant threshold not being met and the Contest being voided, all Contest entrants will be refunded their entry fees to their Rebet Fantasyaccount.
j. In no case will a Contest proceed with only a single entrant. Put another way, all Contests must have multiple entrants in order to proceed.

n. No athletes may be selected after the game or event has started. Any athletes added to a roster after the event or game has started may render the entire entry void.

p. Rebet Fantasy may restrict, suspend, limit, or modify the availability of a Contest on a market-by-market or patron-by-patron basis.
q. When entering Contests, Rebet Fantasy provides athlete stat projections for selection. Changes in projections may occur during the creation of your roster and processing of your Contest entry, and if so, an alert will be displayed before the entry is placed. By default, the Rebet Platform will decline a Contestentry when projected stat changes occur prior to completing a Contest entry. You will need reconfirm and submit your entry again based on the new updated stats provided.
r. Your selection is your responsibility and by submitting a Contest entry, you confirm that you have actively selected and reviewed your selection, athletes, athletic events, and stats and predictions prior to submission. All Contest entries are final.
s. In certain instances, Rebet Fantasy may direct users to enter a Contest once that Contest has commenced. Users do not have any advanced knowledge as to whether other participants in a given Contest have already had certain portions of their entry begin, and therefore no user has any advantage over another exclusively based on when a user enters a Contest. Further, users have no say or control over which Contest he or she may be entered into.
t. Rebet Fantasy also does not guarantee that all users in a given Contest have selected athletes for whom their athletic events commence and/or end on the same day. Therefore, a Contest may remain open for multiple days should certain athletic events or competitions begin or end later in time. Such timing delays or extended periods shall not void or otherwise impact the scoring or results of a Contest.
u. Rebet Coins sold for use on the Rebet Platform Social Casino cannot be used to enter Rebet Fantasy Contests and the purchase of such Rebet Coins does not entitle you to any credits, currency, or value that can be used on or is applicable to the Rebet Fantasy entries or Contests.
4. How to Win and Prizes.
a. All participants who pay an entry fee are eligible to win prizes.
b. All prize amounts are fixed and made known to all Contest participants prior to both selection of paid or free entry submission type and prior to roster lock.
c. Prizes will be determined in advance regardless of the actual number of entrants above the minimum that participate. Although all prizes for which a Contestparticipant is made known to that participant prior to entry.
d. Paid entry participants are eligible to win prizes which are the greater of (i) the entirety of his or her fixed and guaranteed personalized prize amount; or (ii) a fixed prize “pool” amount that is set by Rebet Fantasy, is not correlated or related to the number of participants in a given Contest, and that is made known to all Contest participants prior to their election between free and paid entry into a given Contest.
e. In instances where a paid entry participant achieves a perfect score (e.g., 4/4), Rebet Fantasy guarantees that a single winning participant will receive the greater of (i) the entirety of his or her fixed and guaranteed personalized prize amount; or (ii) the prize “pool” amount. In instances where a paid entry winning participant achieves less than a perfect score (e.g., 3/4 or 3/5), that participant will be entitled to a separate prize amount fixed and made known to the participant prior to the participant’s entry into the Contest.
i. In the event of a tie, there are two possible prize distribution outcomes. In the first outcome, if two or more participants tie with less than a perfect score, each winner receives a portion of the shared, fixed prize amount prize relative to the number of winner’s total. For example, in a P2P Contest (as defined in the Terms) with twenty entrants, a four-athlete roster requirement, and a fixed non-perfect score prize “pool” of $15.00, and three winners that each achieved a score of 3/4 correct selections, each winner would receive a $5.00 prize.
f. The second possible prize distribution outcomes occurs when multiple participants each finish with a “perfect” lineup (e.g., a score of 4/4). If two or more participants each finish with a perfect lineup, each receives the greater of (i) the entirety of his or her fixed and guaranteed personalized prize amount; or (ii) the prize “pool” amount divided by the number of winning participants. For example, Contestants A and B tie for first place in a twenty person, four-pick P2P Contestwith a guaranteed prize “pool” of $100.00. Contestants A and B both achieved perfect scores of 4/4. Contestant A has a maximum prize amount of $150.00; Contestant B has a maximum prize amount of $100.00. Because both Contestants achieved perfect lineups, and further because the amount of the prize “pool” as divided amongst two winning participants would be $50.00 each, both Contestants receive their maximum guaranteed prize amounts of $150.00 and $100.00, respectively.
g. From time to time, Rebet Fantasy may incorporate additional prizes meant to further emphasize and reward skill and decrease the effect of chance on winning outcomes. These “skill bonuses” would, for example, award a pre-set bonus prize for any entrant that satisfies the terms and conditions of that Contestby either beating a target score or achieving ten-out-of-ten correct selections even if they finish lower than prize eligible placement. All bonuses are based entirely upon accumulated measures only, such as target fantasy scores for each individual Contest. While these bonuses are not core components of all P2P Contests, Rebet Fantasy intends to incorporate these concepts to further emphasize and promote truly extraordinary “skill based” performances in ways that reward entrants and still fully comply with the prize structure requirements of the fantasy laws.
h. In instances where a Contest participant achieves a perfect outcome (e.g. 4/4), Rebet Fantasy reserves the right to pay a winning participant his or her fixed and guaranteed personalized prize amount upon achievement of the perfect outcome as opposed to upon completion of the Contest. If, at the conclusion of the Contest, it is determined that the aforementioned participant’s portion of the prize “pool” is greater than the fixed and guaranteed personalized prize amount, then Rebet Fantasy shall, within a reasonable amount of time, pay the aforementioned participant the difference between his or her fixed and guaranteed personalized prize amount and that participant’s portion of the prize “pool.”

5. Cancelled, Postponed, and Rescheduled Games.
a. If an athletic event is cancelled prior to the start of a Contest, it will be removed as an eligible selection.
b. If an athletic event starts, but is then canceled mid-athletic event, all corresponding athletes will be graded as “no contest” and the selecting participant will be awarded no points for that selection(s). This shall be true regardless of whether or not the athletic event is rescheduled or continued on another date. Rebet Fantasy reserves full and unlimited discretion to determine if or when an athletic event is considered postponed regardless of whether or not the athletic event later continues.
c. If an athletic event is shortened, but deemed to be official, that athletic event will count towards the Contest scoring.
6. Athlete Injuries.
a. If an athlete does not play, or if an athlete is injured during an athletic event, all selections involving that athlete will still count towards the Contest scoring.
